Google Maps lets you save maps in offline mode so you can see them when you have no Internet connection, the only thing is you have to have previously saved the location you want to access offline at the time you had WiFi yes.
It is very easy to keep areas within Google Maps for later viewing offline.
To save a location to access it later without internet connection just have to follow these steps:
1. Go to the application of Google Maps.
2. Use the search bar at the top to find the place you want to make available offline.
3. When the results appear, click on the bottom of the screen where you see the name of the chosen location.
4. Once inside, select the icon of the three dots on the top right and choose 'Make Available Offline'.

Another option to save our maps is to search a particular area and simply type in the search bar "OK Maps" or say after pressing the microphone icon. Automatically the fragment we have on the screen is saved.
There are some areas that Google Maps does not allow saving offline, including, surprisingly, Spain. Also, you can not save more than 50 km x 50 km area. If the chosen area has a larger size, the application will ask you to zoom up the area fit within these measures.

The maximum number of maps you can save to your Google account , and you can access them by going to the left side menu in the 'Your sites' section, along with the rest of saved locations within the application, and the address your home and work.

You also need to know that we have saved locations in the section on 'Maps Offline' expire thirty days of downloading them. Nor can we get directions or search if you do not have internet access but we can only see the map offline.
